About the Role:
Magic Dental Lawrenceville is looking for a friendly and organized Dental Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice in Lawrence Township, NJ. This is a great opportunity to join a patient-focused dental team where your communication skills and attention to detail will make a real difference every day. Spanish language is required. Salary is depend on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients, creating a warm and welcoming front desk experience
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using dental practice management software
- Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and relay messages to clinical staff
- Verify dental insurance benefits and process patient billing and co-payments
- Maintain and update accurate patient records and medical histories
- Coordinate with dental hygienists and dentists to ensure smooth daily patient flow
- Handle administrative tasks including filing, correspondence, and office supply management
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a dental or medical front office setting preferred
- Familiarity with dental practice management software (Dentrix or similar)
- Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
